I am excited to welcome you into my world. I'm Claire, a multi-talented food entertainer and the visionary behind Signature Productions. Blending my marketing career with an insatiable
love for all things food, my journey into the culinary world was ignited during my memorable
experience on MasterChef South Africa in 2014. This pivotal moment led me to launch my
career as a celebrity chef, making appearances as a headliner at The Good Food & Wine
Show and contributing my expertise to South Africa's popular daily entertainment program,
the Expresso breakfast show on SABC 3, and Taste of London to name a few.
As the heart and soul behind Signature Productions, I craft unforgettable culinary events, host
interactive cooking classes "Cooking with Claire," and curate the exclusive "Top of the
World" a bespoke dining experience, in collaboration with culinary partner Luke Dale
Roberts, atop the iconic Table Mountain.
