Welcome to my world! I’m Claire ,  a multi-talented entrepreneur, food entertainer and creative curator, combining a dynamic career in marketing and events with an insatiable passion for all things culinary.

I launched my first company, Signature Productions, at just 17, producing everything from brand launches and corporate events to private celebrations. A few years later, my journey into the world of food was ignited by my unforgettable experience on MasterChef South Africa in 2014. This pivotal moment propelled my career as a culinary personality.

Today, I run Top of the World, a luxury hospitality and lifestyle agency based in Cape Town. Through the business, I bring together everything I love : food, hospitality and the art of creating unforgettable moments.

Our offering extends across exceptional experiences, curated stays, yacht provisioning, personalised guest services and luxury yacht agency support. From intimate dining experiences on Table Mountain to private villas, corporate events and tailored services for visiting yachts, we specialise in bringing ideas to life in a way that feels thoughtful, elevated and memorable.

In 2025, I launched Parlour, a summer brunch pop-up and stylish social space where good food, great bubbles and live music set the tone for the perfect Sunday. Parlour is a long-held dream brought to life and just one chapter in my ever-evolving world of entrepreneurial ideas and future plans. Keep your eyes peeled for where we pop up next.
